leading real estate companies, is designed by P Interior and Associates Co., Ltd. (PIA). The design stresses on stylish simplicity with straight lines softened nicely with the color of white, cream and medium oak. All the furniture is manufactured and installed by Practika Co., Ltd. |

ÚÓEXECUTIVE
DESK The desk of a managerial board is designed to be spacious and airy. The leg of the desk is modified from Practika's Studio leg, but with more distinct edges made by milling process. The worktop and modesty panel are made of laminate glass. The steel cabinet under the return unit is sprayed with Hi-Gloss color as requested by the designer. |

WORKSTATION The workstation is mainly white and cream with table and cabinet edges in medium oak to avoid dullness. Extremely thin screen is made of extruded aluminium. The upper part of this screen is made of filmed glass for privacy reason as requested by the users. |

MANAGER
DESK PIA exclusively designs the manager desk by using a cabinet as a return unit. The upper surface of the cabinet can be used as an additional worktop. The double-layer worktop is specially produced by Practika to respond to the request of the designer as well as to please Land & houses. |

MEGA
DESK: Conference Table Large conference table with Practika's Foster legs to support the worktop. Wireway systems are hidden underneath worktop, with outlets on worksurface for easy connection. |

Flat screen monitorr arm for financial organizations, banks, stock exchanges or any organizations where a large number of monitors are used in work. There are 3 types of base available: single post (for one monitor), single bar and double bars. The double bars can hold a maximum of 12 monitors. Post and bar are made of extruded aluminium with anodize finish. Monitor arm is made of aluminium and epoxy coated steel. Three kinds of arms are available: fixed arm (holder), single action arm for adjusting monitor up/down, and double action arm for adjusting monitor left/right. |
