Our entire operation – design, manufacturing, and services, receives ISO 9001:2015 certification. There are only a handful of furniture manufacturers in Thailand that have the entire system certified. Under this international standard, we adheres to strict standard and procedures which include 100% product testing prior to delivery. This is also the reason we only choose to work with high quality suppliers and subcontractors.

EXPORT
PACKING
Since our furniture is custom-made to your design, its packaging is especially designed and made to achieve the highest quality while complying with international standard. Carton box can be cut and folded right in our facility. All other components that go into the box are carefully selected to meet the specificity of each project.

Having worked on different sites and difficult conditions for a long time, our site coordinators are highly experienced. Their systematic approach to each site provides assurance for our installation team.

DELIVERY
AND INSTALLATION
In order to provide high quality one-stop service to our valuable customers, we don’t subcontract our work. All delivery and installation are done by our staff with over 30 years of experience. Throughout the years, we have encountered many different situations and different degree of difficulty high-rise building where elevator is too small, department store with strict hours, and building under construction. Delivery and installation to multiple branches with stringent schedule throughout Thailand can also be done.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
All our products come with a three year warranty. Upon delivery, our customer will receive a comprehensive user manual. Our Hot Line Contact is ready to response to your inquiry within 24 hours in case of product malfunction. Project with value over one million baht is entitled to After-Sales Service Express, user manuals, maintenance training, and free annual check-up during the first two years.
